簡介 Introduction

香港基督教女青年會（女青）十分重視個人私隱，並確保所收集的個人資料的程序均符合本港《個人資料(私隱)條例》的要求。
本政策旨在說明女青在收集的個人資料的使用、儲存、轉移及查閱個人資料的程序。
在遵守適用法例要求的前提下，閣下繼續使用女青網站和流動應用程式將視為閣下同意本私隱政策的條款。
Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association (“HKYWCA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and all personal data are protected according to the applicable privacy and dataprotection laws.
This Privacy Policy states what information we collect, our practices of using and handling personal data, your rights to how your personal data is used, retained, and protected.
Subject to the requirement of applicable laws, your continued use of HKYWCA’s website and mobile app will constitute your deemed consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

個人資料的定義 Definition of Personal Information

個人資料是指與有關及可確定閣下個人身份的資料，或者其他適用於保障個人資料私隱法例內包括的資料。
Personal data are any information about you as an identifiable individual, or other meanings as stipulated in applicable privacy and data protection laws.

收集資料範疇 Circumstances of collecting information

閣下在女青轄下單位服務登記成為會員、義工、或向女青提供服務、作出投訴、或服務查詢時，女青都可能向閣下收集個人資料，包括但不限於以下資料：姓名、年齡、性別、身份證明文件、電郵地址、聯絡電話號碼、地址或其他資訊提供等。
閣下使用女青網站和流動應用程式時，伺服器會自動將瀏覽者的資訊收集，這可能包括有關閣下用於連接網站/流動應用程式的設備資訊、設備的位置以及透過Cookies、其他跟踪工具和分析服務如Google Analytics、Facebook Pixel…等所收集的資訊。為保障閣下的安全，閣下在女青服務單位的合理範圍内，可能受閉路電視的視像監察。
We collect information you provide to us when joining us as members, volunteers, subscribing our services, logging a complaint or requesting us to reply your queries/needs.
This includes your name, age, gender, passport/official identification documents number, email address, phone number, home address and any other information you provide us.
We also collect information automatically when you visit/use our website or mobile app.
This may include information about the device you used to connect the website/mobile app, your location, and, information collected by Cookies, and other tracking tools and analysis services used by Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel…etc.
For protecting your safety, your image may be collected through CCTV as installed in our service centres, departments, offices and hotels.

保障措施 How the information is protected

女青致力於以安全和保密的方式保護閣下的資訊。女青採取了適當的技術和程序措施來防止未經授權使用資訊。但女青並不能保證完全安全。對於因未經授權的進入或使用，硬件或軟件故障，電子通信中失敗或延遲以及任何危及閣下個人資料安全的情況而造成的損失，我們概不負責。
HKYWCA is committed to protecting your personal data in a secure and confidential manner.
Reasonable technical and procedural measures are in-place to prevent un-authorized access to your personal data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security. We shall not be liable for damages that may result from unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, failure or delay in delivery of electronic communications, and any other case that may compromise the security of user’s personal information.

資料使用 Usage

閣下的個人資料將用作以下用途：
Your personal information will be used for the purposes set out below –

• 服務相關用途：執行女青提供的服務、確認及收費，並提高我們的服務水平
  Provision of services: to process, confirm, charge for services provided and to improve our service level
• 滿足法律和法規要求：這可能包括由政府監管機構（例如稅務機關）、審計師或其他根據適用法律不時規定的義務所要求進行的犯罪預防、偵查和調查。
  To meet legal and regulatory requirements: This may include preventing, detecting and investigating of crimes, requirements imposed by government regulators (e.g. tax authorities), our auditors, and any other obligations as required by the applicable laws from time to time.
• 用作市場分析、服務使用者滿意度調查及未來服務開發建議。
  To conduct market analysis, customer satisfaction, survey, and to recommend suitable services in the future.

向第三方披露個人資料 Disclosure of personal information to third party

閣下部份的個人資料將可能共享或披露予：
Some of your personal information may be shared or disclosed to –

• 負責網站或流動應用程式的資訊科技開發商和顧問
  Information technology and other advisors responsible for the construction of website/mobile app
• 與閣下履行合約服務的代理商、承包商、服務供應商和營運商
  Agents, contractors, service providers, and operators related to carry out the contractual obligation to you
• 為根據適用法律履行義務的政府監管機構/官員和審計師
  Our auditors, and government regulators/officials, as required by applicable laws and /or to fulfil our obligations as a legal entity

資料保留 Retention of personal data

閣下的個人資料將在適用法例要求和/或允許的時間內保留。如果有關資料正採取法律程序或進行調查，資料將按需要延長其保留時間
Your personal information will be retained for the period of time as required and/or permitted by applicable laws. In case of legal proceeding or an investigation is involved, your personal information may be retained for extended period as necessary.

權益 Your rights

根據適用法例要求，閣下有權要求查閱、改正、刪除及限制使用所提供的個人資料。閣下也可以選擇不將個人數據用於直接營銷或促銷的用途。
As permitted by the applicable laws, you are entitled to access, amend, delete and limit the use of the personal data we held of you. You can also opt-out from using your personal data for direct marketing or promotion purpose.
女青在處理查閱或改正資料要求時，會提出查核閣下的身份以避免未經授權的查閱或使用，閣下可發送電子郵件至member.enquiry@ywca.org.hk與女青聯繫來行使這些權益。如閣下的個人資料未能披露，則會回覆保密的原因。
In order to prevent unauthorized access of your personal information, we may need to request you to produce certain documents so as to allow us to identify you. You can also exercise these rights by contacting us by email at member.enquiry@ywca.org.hk . If your personal information is not disclosed to you, you will be provided the reason for non-disclosure.
